i flew back to the states about a week ago and went to la the next day for about a week, i start work at nbc tomorrow and will be flying to new york at the end of the month.  it's 3 am and i'm still having trouble sleeping due to jet lag but i fall asleep at random times of the day...when i got back form singapore i didn't have that bad of a time adjusting i just think it's b/c i'm totally exhasuted and i never got time to recover and just chill out b/c i jumped form my one month china trip to showing my parents around hong kong for a week to flying home and going to la the next day. 

but i'm super happy b/c addie and i signed our lease for a wonderful apartment next year.  it's quite expensive but worth it b/c it's sooooo close to campus and there's a lot more space then the cheaper ones....i can't wait to have dinner parties and invite ppl over...it's going to be so much fun next year! 

but going down to la was good b/c i got to see everyone again and it's kinda weird to reconnect with ppl after so long but a lot of relationships i was able to catch up on really easily and it felt just like old times but hopefully i'll work out everything else that is happening and try to figure out what i want. 

so beyond stressed, i have a 13 page paper to write in two days, a final for a classs i'm still not sure what is about, and i'm leaving in four days to go to china....for one month. 

it's b/c i've been working for the past couple of days, like 10 hours a day b/c it's so far in central...here's some highlights from my hong kong promotional job:

• Purple janitor like jump suit haha
• wearng my hot new tailored shiny black suit
• Pretending to be a buyer at a trade show
• getting a goregoeus free porceilin tea party set!
• Offered an internship in LA
• Offered a job as a translator for an Australian company
• watching a lolita buy pastries
• JIN say a movie star, and stared without telling me, haha
• eating the best congee of my life at shatin with fried doughnuts, yum!
• getting a bonus!

i am dead tired.  but i am on page 8 of 13.  after 5 more pages of bullshit i can nap and then open the book to study for the fina that i think i might fail.
